Supra-tentorial ependymomas (ST-EPN) are now subdivided into two histomolecular tumor types: ZFTA-fused (66–84% of pediatric cases) and YAP1-fused (6–7% of pediatric cases) [1]. ST-EPN-YAP1 affect almost exclusively young children (28/30 reported cases), mainly female. The YAP1-MAMLD1 represents the most recurrent fusion (21/23 reported cases) [2‐4]. Herein, we report the first case to date of an adult with a ST-EPN harboring an YAP1-MAML2 fusion. …
