The official presentation of the international guideline on the prevention and management of the manifestations of CVD in patients with diabetes. The current guideline provides recommendations for how to reduce CV risk in patients with diabetes, and how to treat those with clinical manifestations of cardio-renal disease such as atherosclerotic CV disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and chronic kidney disease.
