Changes in the voice help to recognize exacerbations in time

MedNet.nl: In COPD patients, early symptoms of an exacerbation are accompanied by changes in the voice. This is evident from a study by researchers from Maastricht UMC+. Although the technique they use still needs to be further developed, voice analysis may in the future help to recognize exacerbations in time and treat patients as early as possible.
