Men with cluster headaches are more likely to have compensated hypogonadism

MedNet.nl: The hypothesis that androgens play a role in cluster headaches has long existed and is based in part on the fact that cluster headaches are more common in men. However, studies of androgen concentrations in people with cluster headaches had varied results. A prospective Danish study comparing men with cluster headaches to matched controls does show changes in the androgen system.
