Triple therapy beneficial for COPD patient with ECG abnormalities

MedNet.nl: COPD patients who show certain abnormalities on ECG such as a P-pulmonary or a high Cardiac Infarction Injury Score, have a greater risk of exacerbations, cardiovascular problems, hospitalization or death than patients without these abnormalities. In patients with the ECG abnormalities, triple therapy with fluticasone, umeclidinium and vilanterol has a more favorable effect on these outcome measures than duotherapy.
