1] regarding our article, “Early Versus Late Initiation of Endovascular Therapy in Patients with Severe Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis,” and want to thank the authors for their insights. The results of our study suggested a potential benefit of early versus late initiation of endovascular therapy (EVT) in patients with severe cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST).
