In a case series, 74-year-old woman was described, who developed dizziness and nausea during off-label treatment with fampridine for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The woman, who had amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, received off-label treatment with oral fampridine [4-aminopyridine] 20mg daily. Subsequently, she developed adverse reactions including dizziness and nausea [duration of treatment to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated]. After 4 months of treatment, fampridine was discontinued. …
